This is one of my snacks that I’ll be having for the next 3 weeks. It’s a low calorie snack that is good for bikini divas, figure girls, and bodybuilders to get lean and lose bodyfat. It’s a spinach salad. Mmmmm. 2 cups of Spinach 1 cup of Broccoli 10 Craisins 10 Almonds 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. @krystalmonday You’re welcome. It’s 2 cups of spinach and 1 cup of broccoli, sometimes I do more broccoli if I’m hungry. I use a weighing scale for the spinach and go by the weight on the bag. Mine bag says 2 cups is about 42 grams.
