How do people lose weight after pregnancy?
I see how some people are very skinny after giving birth & how others gain a lot more weight. There are women that I see who are skinny before pregnancy & gain weight & can’t keep it off, & there are other women who are obese before pregnancy & lose a whole bunch of weight after having a baby, but they don’t even eat right or exercise. It just comes off naturally. Also, what is Lamaze? Is it yoga for pregnancy to teach people how to breathe correctly before having a baby for when they do have a baby?

losing weight advise help?
I’m trying to lose weight naturally and gratually this summer. one thing im wondering is what should i eat when im hungry usually when i eat something i feel like crap because it just makes me think of how im never going to lose weight if i continue eating like this. What are some low calories snacks to eat or just things to do to take my mind off food. I always eat when im bored so basically im always bored and now i look like how i do now.
When you lose a lot of weight, how do you get rid all the excess skin?
When you do a workout like Insanity and you lose a lot of weight, im guessing that you lose fat, meaning you will have excess skin. so does that mean that if you lose all the weight naturally you STILL have to get plastic surgery?
what if you lose about 20-30 lbs? do you suppose you’d still need plastic surgery?
Lose weight in one week?!?!?

How can i lose about 5 pounds by Friday (i know the safe thing is 2-3 per week, but i think this is an exemption), without pills, surgery or anything like that. I want to lose it naturally.

How to lose weight before school starts?
i want to lose some weight before school starts. i am very tall but naturally skinny, like models-in-magazines skinny. during the year i have gained about 30 lbs. (not good) and i would like to get back in shape for school and so i can gain confidence like i used to have. before you respond i would like to tell you i am a terrible snacker. i snack all the time. any ways to stop my habit? please tell me!
