Hello…i’m looking for advice on a good diet, i’m a beginner and have recently stopped smoking therefore i tend to eat more than before, i’d like to know of any food ideas for meals and snacks that wont make me fatter, thanks a million!!
losing weight isnt really an issue its whats building muscle thats tough for me. a trainer said i have to eat 4,500 calories if i wanna look like him. im like 6-8 body fat at 155-158 lbs and he’s 6’2 and 200 lbs at 7 % body fat we both did body fat testing on handheld bf calculators. he says they’re accurate.
