What is a effective way/diet to lose weight?
So I am trying to lose 15-25 pounds. I been getting a little fatter the last couple years. I weight about 158-160 pounds and would like to go down to about 140. I don’t have a lot of time to go to the gym but i go to the gym an hour every week. I am going to try out for the baseball team when spring comes. So I’m looking for an effective way/diet to lose weight. It doesn’t have to be quick and can be for a couple months. Thanks.
My husband wants to lose weight and go on a diet how can I help?
My husband keeps saying he wants to go on a diet to lose weight, which I encourage what he wants. The thing is he isn’t following a diet. He is depressed about his weight. How can I positively encourage and support him without being pushy, or controlling to help him reach that goal? I would diet with him but I have to keep my weight up or I get underweight. I have noticed that malt o meal is so filling. I think it is less calories then oatmeal right? Anyway, I am on a restricted diet to lose weight so I need low cal vegan options.
Currently my diet consists of: oatmeal (no soymilk, just water) with raisins for breakfast with lots of water, and then a veggie wrap with all kinds of vegetables and a soy burger (no bread in this, I use lettuce as the wrapping) and sometimes broccoli on the side and for dinner I usually eat some rice and curried vegetables
I am 5’4 and weigh 108 pounds…trying to lose 8 more pounds. I am 20 years old. Doing it the healthy way and not starving myself.

Im 15 and weight 180 pound idk maybe less cuz i really have been trying to lose weight and recently stopped drink soda and have got a ton of fiber into my diet, ive been hold my self back on over eating and trying to eat better food but i failed.
