A good way to lose weight, DIET IDEAS!!!!?

Hi I lost 30 pounds on medifast at the beggining of june to the ending of august
and I then descided to lose weight more normally but I havent really got it going so what is your advice on how to eat, how many calories and what kinds of foods and how much to exersise and how many times a week you know the whole thing just tell me a good way to lose wieght exersise and nutrition because I do not plan on gaining everything I lost, I’ve done that before and don’t plan on it ever agian and I wanna do a normal diet that will keep me going and losing weight at a pretty descent rate thanks to all that answer it really helps me out By the way I’m 15 male.

I’m 115lb and 5’2, i need to lose at least another 5lbs before school starts. How intensely would i have to exercise? Is 45 min. a day good enough? And i will eat healthy also.

How to lose weight naturally?

i’m 14, female, 44kg, 154cm. i know i’m not really overweight but i’d like to lose a few kgs. i look too chubby and round for my height and it makes me uncomfortable. especially at the area of my thighs.
i’d rather do something that people won’t notice i’m doing since my parents are opposed to my idea of losing weight (so are the other people around me). like maybe just a change in my style of eating? and i can’t do cardio or gym exercises either, i have health issues. i don’t have any eating disorders but i’m anemic and asthmatic so it sorta gets in the way when i need to exercise.

i’ll do something that does not involve the counting of calories, strenous activities or the watch-wat-you-eat routine. i already don’t like to eat junk food or drink soft drinks. and i’m NOT interested in diet pills.
